Physiological, Biomechanical and Cognitive loads of a TT Competitor

We are aiming to enhance our understanding of the physiological, biomechanical and cognitive burdens endured by competitors. These demands are widely acknowledged by teams and competitors but have never been quantified. Our research could provide invaluable insight to help inform competitor preparation and recovery techniques to ensure they able to perform at their best.

We are using leading industry equipment to collect heart rate data, core temperature and  blood lactate values, amongst other data, to help inform competitors.
